BER assessments for homes

GETBER.ie provides quotation and booking support for domestic BER assessments in Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow through SEAI registered assessors.

What the assessment covers

A domestic BER assessment considers the building fabric, space and water heating, ventilation, lighting and relevant controls. The assessor may need access to areas such as the attic, hot press, meter cupboards, windows, doors and heating equipment.

What you receive

After the assessment and calculation process, the BER Certificate records the home’s energy rating and the Advisory Report can identify potential energy-efficiency improvements.
